Our customer service representatives will work with you to come up with the best solution for your situation by: replacing the original item, substituting a similar item in its place.
Note: We accept returns only in two cases:
a) If the customer has received an incorrect product
b) If Customer has received a non-working product.
If an item does not perform because of a manufacturer’s defect, then return it to us. We’ll replace it without charge.
Adult DVDs can be returned only if they are unopened or faulty due to a manufacturer’s defect.
Our team will check and inspect the package, If the packet turned out to be used or touched by human hands, Then Returned package will not be accepted and will be sent back to the same customer.

3. After determining a course of action with a customer service agent, pack up the item and The Returns Request Form. Mail everything to:
Refunds of the successfully returned item will be done in the same account from which it was paid in 48 working hours upon reception of Returned Item if same or substitute product is not in stock.
Customer may cancel his/her order in buffer time of 24 hours, but once its dispatched from warehouse, We can not cancel it from our end as it being in logistics, So if customer still would like to cancel the order, then He/She will have to cancel it upon delivery or by speaking to respective courier company as all required information is always sent to customers email as soon as the product gets dispatched from warehouses
